After Bombay High Court adjourned the bail plea of Businessman and Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra in a pornography-related case, the investigating officers are now probing the actress’s involvement in the same.

“Shilpa Shetty hasn’t been given clean chit yet. All possibilities/angles are being probed. Forensic auditors are appointed and they are looking into the transactions of all accounts in this case” said the Mumbai Crime Branch to ANI.

Meanwhile, Kundra’s bail plea will be next heard on July 29. As Raj Kundra’s police custody ended today, he was produced before a magistrate court, however, he was sent to 14 days of judicial custody.

On the other hand, the police also said that Kundra’s two bank accounts have been frozen by them. The Crime Branch also told the court that they have found from mobile and MacBook chats between Ryan and Kundra, which contain details about revenue and payments from Hotshot apps. This controversial application was reportedly used for the distribution of adult content.

According to a previous Mid-Day report, Shilpa Shetty has so far denied her involvement in the alleged offence of transmission of sexually explicit content. The actress has reportedly claimed in her statement to the investigating team that films available on Kundra’s app Hotshot are not ‘pornography but erotica’. Earlier, Raj and Shilpa’s Juhu residence was also raided for further probe in the matter

The businessman was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch for his role in the production and distribution of pornographic content and was sent to police custody.
